This treatment is profoundly relaxing. A soothing stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead to calm the nervous system. The  Shirodhara can be combined with either the Odyssey or the Abhyanga therapy for a combination treatment.

This treatment includes a unique rhythmic oil massage performed by two therapists, followed by a hot towel treatment. It loosens and mobilizes toxins, enhances immunity and creates deep relaxation in body and mind.

A continuous stream of warm herbalized oil is poured over the entire body as two therapists perform a gentle massage. It is profoundly relaxing and deeply purifying.

Vishesh
